So you want to order from us? That's awesome because we want to work with you too! You can request a shirt quote through our custom shirt quote form or directly via email. We promise to make it as painless as possible.

Below are answers to some frequent questions about file submission and payment options. Please take a minute and see if they answer your question before you start blasting off emails to us.

PAYMENT

Let's get the money out of the way right off the bat.

Payment due

Payment is due at the time you place your order. This saves us the hassle of having to track you down like a dog if you are late with a payment.

Accepted forms of payment

CREDIT CARDS: We can accept your credit card over the phone. Just give us a call at 360.733.2154. US CUSTOMERS ONLY!

PAYPAL: Our paypal address is info@seatthole.com. It's the fastest online way to get your money to us right now, and it's really easy to do. If you don't have an account, take a second and sign up for one. (WARNING: new accounts may take a while before they're allowed to send large amounts of money)

MONEY ORDERS:If you'd rather send us money the older-fashioned way, that's fine too. Send your certified check or money order to:

SHIRTS

Turnaround

Our current standard turnaround for shirts is 2 weeks plus shipping time. Rush rates are available.

Technical specs

We prefer to have artwork submitted to us as Adobe Illustrator 8.0 or earlier .eps files with outlined fonts. They'll give you the best final product (but don't just place a low-res raster file in illustrator and send that to us). If you don't have access to that, a photoshop file with at least 300 pixels per inch at the final print size will work. If you're submitting a multi-color job, please make sure that you put each color on it's own layer.

If you're printing a one-color shirt that uses a lineart-only graphic, save it as a 1200 dpi lineart .tif. You can zip it down to almost nothing, and as long as your original file looks good, the shirts will turn out great!

Remember, we're not magicians... BE SURE THAT THE FILE YOU SUBMIT IS AS GOOD AS POSSIBLE. If you give us garbage, your final print will be garbage.

BUTTONS

Turnaround

Our standard turnaround for buttons is about 1 week plus shipping time. Rush rates are available.

Technical specs

Use our handy-dandy templates to create buttons that are easy for us to make, and look how you want them to.

one-inch button templates

• .gif button template
• .psd button template (photoshop required)

one and a half-inch button templates

• .psd button template (photoshop required)

The button templates are basically a 1.1" square with a .9" circle in the center of it. your image area is the .9" circle, and the square is the part that bleeds off of the edge.

You should submit a flattened .tif that is 391 pixels square (355 pixels per inch at 1.1 inches square). RGB, CMYK or grayscale.

Misc

If you'd like to save money by not paying our standard $5 setup fee for buttons, you can! All orders that allow up to 2 weeks for delivery will be printed along with other orders and are not subject to the normal setup fees.

SENDING US FILES

EMAIL

We check our email all day long, so we prefer to get files emailed to us at info at seatthole dot com. Anything under 4 megs can be sent to us this way.

FTP

If your file is more than 4 megs, or if you're having a hard time sending it via email, please use our handy-dandy FTP form below. It can handle anything up to 8 megs.
